System Integration Services
ProCom Communications offers a complete package of integration services designed to give you the ultimate audio and visual experience, here's what you can expect.
Needs Analysis: During this phase we meet with you to assist in defining your needs and the functions you want your system to accomplish. Based on this meeting we develop the initial Scope of Work, our equipment recommendations and a contract proposal.
Design & Engineering: Once you have approved our Scope of Work and accepted our proposal, our Engineers get to work preparing our deliverables. These deliverables include construction documents for other trades, equipment location drawings, and the blueprint for your system.
Installation: This phase represents the on-site portion of our services. It includes delivering the equipment to your site, installation and testing for complete functionality, and remote control system programming.
Training: Upon our completion and your final acceptance of the system we provide the necessary training to personnel of your choice.
